Equipment introduction

Traditional Curing Press Machine is divided into mechanical and hydraulic type, but the heating method are high temperature steam as the medium, the steam is heated through the boiler, the water is heated to high temperature and high pressure saturated steam, and then transported through the pipeline to the power system, and then transported through the pipeline to the Curing Press Machine table, the whole process requires 1500 meters to 2000 meters. Thermal energy utilization rate is 25% to 70%, and boiler room, pipeline, power station, etc. need infrastructure, machinery, personnel, raw materials and other large inputs.

 

Pure electric energy rubber vulcanizing precision equipment only needs electric energy, using electromagnetic heating plate, electromagnetic heating mold, electromagnetic induction and resistance wire heating vulcanizing pipeline system. The structure of pure electric energy vulcanizing equipment is an independent unit of double-mode frame, and the whole machine consists of machine base and model opening and closing mechanism, tyre loading robot, pressurizing mechanism, vulcanizing room, center mechanism (hydraulic type), tyre unloading robot, hydraulic demolding mechanism, single-station inner and outer support tyre storage, rear inflatable device, tyre unloading roller conveyor, hydraulic active driving device and electric control device, hydraulic power station and hydraulic pipeline system, vulcanizing pipeline system and other components. It can satisfy the process of installing two halves mold or living mode nitrogen vulcanization, and can complete the functions of loading, shaping, vulcanizing, unloading and post-inflation. It is mainly used for vulcanizing semi-steel radial car tyres and light truck radial tyres and other rubber products.

Pure electric energy vulcanization equipment requires only electric energy, and adopts electromagnetic induction and resistance wire double heating method, which can make the hot plate, mold and vulcanization pipeline heat up quickly, and ensure the temperature stability and uniformity after reaching the temperature;

Electromagnetic heating method adopts the coil and arranges the heat insulation layer and anti-interference magnetic ring design, which can reduce the heat dissipation and prevent the coil from overheating, effectively reducing the waste of useless energy;

The whole vulcanization process adopts pure nitrogen gas vulcanization, avoiding the oxidation and aging of the capsule in the process of using steam vulcanization, and improving the service life of the capsule;

1. Mainframe section

 

The structure of pure electric energy curing machine consists of mainframe, tyre loading device, tyre storage device, and tyre unloading device, rear inflation device, vulcanizing pipeline, air pipeline, electrical system and hydraulic control system. The main machine includes left and right frame, opening and closing mold mechanism, left and right vulcanizing room, safety lever, center mechanism, mold adjusting mechanism and so on. Mode of opening and closing mold movement for the upper beam is fixed, hydraulic drive cylinder piston rod up and down reciprocating motion, driving the upper hot plate, the upper pallet and the upper mold vertical lifting and lowering movement. Two longitudinal guide rails are set on both sides of the frame, and the upper pallet moves along the linear guide rails to ensure the parallelism of the upper and lower hot plates and to improve the service life of the live mold.

Tyre unloading device adopts oil cylinder to drive lifting, turning in and out adopts air cylinder; the device meets the unloading space required by the maximum cross-section width and the maximum outer diameter of vulcanized tyres, and the unloading grasping meets the unloading requirements of low cross-section tyres.

The rear inflatable device adopts the balance four-station four-point structure, the structure grasp the tyre and placed on the chuck, after the end of inflation by the rear inflatable device, robot grasp to the roller conveyor frame. The inflatable chuck adopts aluminum chuck (combination type), and each device is equipped with 4 chucks of 1 specification as standard.

2. Purely electrical energy outside temperature device

The outer temperature part includes upper/lower hot plate and mold sleeve, all three parts are molded in one-piece design, with analog control of temperature heating efficiency and temperature stability, easy and quick replacement, and modular management.

Vulcanization pipeline system, made of stainless steel, the motor adopts high speed motor with high temperature and high pressure, the limit speed can reach 30,000 rpm. The heating adopts electromagnetic induction and resistance wire double heating mode, the internal temperature is more stable.


The center mechanism, made of stainless steel, with ring seat, cylinder body and cylinder seat welded as a whole. Setting height control adopts position sensor (built-in); tyre pushing device (lower ring) movement adopts hydraulic drive.

Human Machine Interaction

The human-machine interaction automatically saves the relevant information every 5 seconds to ensure that the information before the power failure is not lost during the power failure;

The HMI of each Curing Press Machine displays and records a total of five process curves: upper hot plate temperature, lower hot plate temperature, active mold temperature, internal temperature and internal pressure; the five curves are displayed on the same screen;

A number of digital settings for automatic positioning control functions, including opening and closing of the mold.

Process parameters (temperature, sequence and timing of valve operation during curing) are entered, stored and recalled, differentiated by tyre specifications;

Capsule usage count can be manually zeroed by the operator;

Equipment Advantage

More uniform temperature difference between upper and lower mold cavities and shorter wetting period.

Shortening of drying cycle

When the air bladder is activated in order to remove the tyre, there is no secondary evaporation because there is no ring of waste liquid remaining at the bottom of the air bladder, and the vacuum is drawn smoothly. The drying cycle time can then be shortened and there is no inflation of the capsule.

As of April 1, 2021, the standard "General Rules for Calculating Comprehensive Energy Consumption GBT2589-2020" issued by the State Administration for Market Supervision and Administration and the State Standardization Administration will be implemented.
