Equipment Introduction

Self-sealing tyre intelligent equipment is necessary for the production of self-sealing tyres, the equipment can print around the inner wall of a layer of rubber material with self-memory repair function. After the tyre is processed by the equipment, when the tread is punctured by nails, stones and other foreign objects, the composite rubber material can be instantly wrapped around the foreign object and seal the hole, without artificial repair can be achieved permanently repaired, to avoid tyre puncture deflation, blowout and other potential safety hazards.

Self-sealing tyre intelligent equipment integrates high-power laser cleaning device, dual-station rotary platform, intelligent manipulator, gluing system, robot, automatic production line, electrical control system and other mechanical and electrical components, targeted design and development of process solutions and control systems to solve the self-sealing tyre processing process of low-efficiency, low-quality, decentralized control, operation difficulties and other difficult problems, it is the most outstanding equipment in the market at present.

Product Introduction

1. Self-sealing tyres have been incorporated into the national standard, which has been implemented since February 1, 2021;

2. Volkswagen has already confirmed this tyre project, and self-sealing tyres have been involved in the Volkswagen project since 2020.

3. The new Buick GL8 Avenir, Azera ES8, Volkswagen imported Sharan and Touran, Volkswagen Tangue, New Touareg, New Passat, Porsche Panamera, Rolls-Royce Phantom, Obsidian, Gusto, Cullinan, Red Flag L5, and Volkswagen Azera, which goes on sale in July 2021, have been equipped with self-sealing tyres;

4. From the consumer's point of view, self-sealing tyres are an alternative to run flat tyres;

5. Install using normal equipment, mounted on normal rims;
